Chad and Meg Gleason's paths crossed at Iowa State University, where they were pursuing careers in furniture and graphic design respectively. Their love story unfolded, and they tied the knot before their final year of college. With dreams of collaborating, they spent countless hours envisioning a shared future. However, the timing was unfortunate as the Great Recession struck in 2008. Instead of following their original plan to move to New York City after graduation, they embraced a promising opportunity in Chad's hometown of Audubon, Iowa, joining his family's farm business. Chad worked alongside his father and brother on their grain and livestock farm, while Meg embarked on her letterpress stationery venture, Moglea, starting from the basement of their farmhouse.
