Which is pretty accurate because these cases will brighten up your day. Or at least your outfit. Ateljé is all about making your life a little easier - and prettier while you'rat it! This cord makes us BLUSH! A twist of our lavender cord, made of beads instead of nylon and in a warm fall lilac shade. The perfect basic.

          We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return without giving any reason. Although we would love to hear why the item wasn't right for you so we can improve. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

            Delivery Time: 3-8 business days

            Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. The cost is provided to us by the custom agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. This calculated amount can be paid at checkout DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or upon receipt DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

            We are not responsible for these fees, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau or DHL Worldwide with inquiries when selecting the option DDU because the final charges by DHL may vary. We therefore recommend selecting the option DDP.

            If you prefer to select the option DDU you will be charged by DHL directly and in this case you are still responsible to pay duties and taxes upon the import into your country.If you refuse a package upon delivery we consider it as abandoned and the package is not eligible for a refund or store credit.

            The cost of the return shipment is fully the responsibility of the customer. 

            We cannot guarantee delivery times. You should receive your parcel within the given times by DHL however these times are estimates excluding external factors like customs clearance process. Thank you for your patience.

            LOST PACKAGES

            Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to locate packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating the lost package.
